UCB is seeking an energetic and accomplished Account Experience Specialist (AES) to join its Rare Syndromes-U.S. Epilepsy Team, supporting the Nashville, Tennessee geography. The AES is the primary in-office liaison for RARE EPILEPSY Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) education and onboarding, and facilitates patients’ procedural progression to active therapy as the key link between accounts and the external specialty pharmacy partner. The role covers Nashville, western Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The AES provides clinical and procedural education about RARE EPILEPSY REMS and ONWARD patient service programs; builds relationships with healthcare providers and office staff; addresses barriers that delay therapy initiation; and coordinates patient onboarding and treatment activation with internal and external teams. The position also conducts patient case reviews, delivers stakeholder training in person and by audio conference, and provides feedback to improve REMS and ONWARD processes. Travel of up to 80%, including overnight stays as necessary, is required. The role collaborates with Key Account Managers, specialty pharmacy partners, medical science liaisons, and other cross-functional partners, and contributes to strategic account management by addressing stakeholder and caregiver needs. UCB describes its workplace approach as hybrid-first, with 40% office time unless the role description or nature of the position precludes that arrangement. The anticipated base salary range is $78,000–$118,000 per year; actual compensation may vary based on factors including geography, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
