Account Executive, Specialty Provider Groups

Trellis AI•San Francisco, CA
•$250,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Trellis builds and deploys self-improving AI agents that automate healthcare workflows, including document intake, prior authorizations, appeals, referral classification, and contract and reimbursement searches. The company is a spinout from Stanford AI Lab and is backed by leading investors and executives from Google and Salesforce. The Account Executive will own new business with specialty physician groups prescribing or administering high-cost therapies, including specialties such as rheumatology, neurology, dermatology, and gastroenterology. The role focuses on helping practices reduce the time spent on prior authorizations and benefits checks so patients can begin treatment sooner and staff can focus on care. The role owns the full sales cycle, develops new customer segments and sales approaches, and partners with the deployment team to move pilots into production and expand adoption across sites. Compensation is $250,000–$300,000 OTE, based on a 50/50 split between base salary and commission, plus meaningful equity. The stated salary range is a good-faith estimate; final level and base salary depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, and ownership. Full-time teammates receive meaningful equity. Trellis offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO and sick time, daily meals in the office, and team offsites.
