About The Position

Vitu is hiring a remote Account Executive based in Georgia to maintain and build professional relationships with dealership clients. The position trains dealership personnel on Vitu, helps management review DMV paperwork processes, monitors compliance, and provides responsive customer support. The Account Executive also serves as a client advocate, assists with complex DMV questions, audits compliance with DMV EVR and RIA procedures, and checks that dealerships’ DMS systems calculate DMV fees correctly. The role requires travel up to 150 miles.

Requirements

• Experience with Reports of Sale and other related DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Experience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• Knowledge of EVR programs (e-filing).
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings.
• Ability to use PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 150 miles.

Nice To Haves

• Business-to-business account management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review processes and procedures related to DMV paperwork.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user lists, and RIA/Dealer licenses to support compliance with DMV regulations.
• Maintain strong business relationships with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support by phone, chat, and email as needed.
• Provide responsive, proactive customer service and support.
• Advocate for clients by suggesting program improvements and addressing client issues and concerns.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure dealerships follow DMV EVR and RIA procedures and regulations.
• Answer or find answers to clients’ complex DMV questions.
• Navigate dealers’ DMS systems to verify that DMV fees are calculated properly.
• Conduct DMV fee training in person and via webinar.
