The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth by securing new advertisers and maximizing opportunities with existing clients, with a strong emphasis on digital solutions. This role focuses on delivering outstanding client service and results-driven marketing consultations. Reporting to the Director, Client Partnerships West, you will drive business development efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, and help grow market share while exceeding revenue goals. Through data-driven decision-making and strategic leadership, you will play a key role in advancing digital innovation within the media industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about media and ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Proven experience in national sales and servicing large agencies
  • A skilled negotiator who can make confident, real-time decisions
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strategic thinker who understands market dynamics and long-term growth opportunities
  • Skilled CRM user, specifically HubSpot or Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from national clients and agencies, focusing on net-new business and underdeveloped categories
  • Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts
  • Partner with the Media Strategist to create persuasive strategic proposal presentations that deliver measurable ROI
  • Understand client objectives and target audiences to create tailored solutions
  • Guide clients through the sales process, address concerns, overcome objections, and confidently close deals
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to inform growth strategies
