About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Account Executive for its Business Insurance team. The role provides high-proficiency service and account marketing for larger, more complex client accounts. The Account Executive develops relationships with insurance carriers and handles marketing and negotiations for new and renewal accounts across a wide range of industries. The role also includes presenting to clients for renewals and supporting new business. Experience managing Private Equity accounts and leading due diligence is identified as helpful for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment.
• P&C Insurance License, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Completed CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation, or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight, and/or EPIC.
• Experience managing Private Equity accounts and leading due diligence.
