Account Executive (Entry Level)
About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role is designed as a structured career path to develop into a successful Account Executive, offering training, mentorship, and support. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Long Island, NY, requiring customer visits 2-3 times per week, with a mix of remote and field-based work. No prior sales experience is required, as the company provides the necessary tools, coaching, and development.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
