About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role offers a structured career path with training, mentorship, and support to develop into a successful sales professional. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. It is a hybrid role based near Indianapolis, IN, requiring regular customer visits 2-3 times per week.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
