Account Executive - (Entry Level)
About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role is designed as a structured career path to develop individuals into successful Account Executives through training, mentorship, and support. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. It is a hybrid role based near Grand Rapids/West Michigan, requiring regular customer visits locally 2-3 times per week, combined with remote and field-based work. The company focuses on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and secure, sustainable automation processes.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
