About The Position

Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role offers a structured career path with training, mentorship, and support to develop into a successful sales professional. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. It is a hybrid role based near Denver, CO, requiring 2-3 customer visits per week while also incorporating remote and field-based work.

Requirements

  • Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week

  • Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
