Account Executive - Rochester, Minnesota

Delta Defense•Rochester, MN

About The Position

Delta Defense, the private company behind the marketing, operations, and customer service of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), is hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive for Rochester, Minnesota. The role brings the USCCA mission to local ranges, retailers, training partners, and responsibly armed Americans. It is face-to-face and relationship-driven, focused on building trust and credibility rather than delivering a memorized sales pitch. The Account Executive develops relationships with firearms instructors, range owners, retailers, and small-business partners; presents the USCCA story, often after concealed-carry classes; educates individuals about training, education, and self-defense liability protection; and closes memberships through ethical, consultative sales. The role also owns and grows a territory pipeline and provides a strong member experience beyond the sale. The schedule includes evenings and weekends, with daytime flexibility rather than a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Travel is approximately 70% within the territory, with the employee home each night except for minimal exceptions. The position includes required paid training during the first five weeks, with on-site orientation at company headquarters, self-paced learning, and virtual and in-person instructor-led classroom training. Full availability is required throughout training.
