The Account Executive position is responsible for managing marketing campaigns and keeping the project work on time and on budget. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Planning, executing, and closing out assigned marketing promotions, including budget reconciliation and post-program analysis (scorecards and lessons learned). Developing and managing project timelines, proactively communicating any potential delays. Securing necessary purchase orders and reviewing vendor statements of work (SOWs) for accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution, compliance with legal and policy requirements, and efficient workflows. Identifying and recommending process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency. Fulfilling internal requests and delivering assets promptly and thoroughly. Leading the artwork approval process, acting as the primary point of contact and providing clear, concise feedback to creative agencies. Managing artwork routing and approvals through the copy clearance system, liaising with relevant stakeholders (Regulatory, Legal, Brand, etc.). Facilitating alignment on artwork between Sales and Brand teams, including organizing calls and meetings as needed. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Sales and Brand teams through regular communication (e.g., weekly conference calls, face-to-face meetings). Leading weekly conference calls with the Retail Sales Team. Attending regular status meetings. Continuously developing expertise in assigned promotion areas and contributing to the development and refinement of processes and procedures. Maintaining strong performance metrics.
