About The Position

Xplor Pay is looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals to join our growing Direct Sales team. In this field-based Account Executive role, you will partner with local businesses to understand their payment needs, introduce secure and transparent payment solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. This is a full-time W2 opportunity with a commission-only compensation model, health benefits, 401(k), and the flexibility to manage your schedule while growing a portfolio of active accounts. It is a strong fit for self-motivated sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, face-to-face selling, and earning based on performance.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to team goals and support resources
  • Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and local business outreach
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment solutions into clear business value
  • Alignment with Xplor’s values and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and partners

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Experience in merchant services, payment processing, SaaS, financial technology, or another consultative sales environment
  • Experience managing a territory, building a book of business, or growing recurring revenue

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with local businesses within your assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person visits, outreach, and networking to introduce Xplor Pay payment solutions
  • Consult with business owners to identify opportunities to streamline transactions, improve payment experiences, and support growth
  • Present clear, compelling value propositions and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Close new business and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residual income on active accounts
  • Manage your pipeline independently while partnering with sales leadership, training, and support teams
