As an Account Executive for UGG in the Athletic Lifestyle channel, you’ll drive sales and manage accounts within your territory. You’ll lead the long-term development of accounts, deliver profitable brand growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on maximizing productivity within existing accounts and pursuing new distribution opportunities that align with UGG’s strategic plan and objectives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with strong budgeting and forecasting skills in Excel
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and public-speaking communication skills, able to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrates sound independent judgment and thrives in fast-paced, multi-functional environments
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident, emotionally intelligent, and able to challenge constructively while upholding Decker’s values
  • Driven, ambitious, and passionate about delivering results and leading the brand forward

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to travel on short notice and work varying hours based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop account plans and budgets, manage seasonal and style-level forecasting, and execute sales strategies through in-person and remote appointments
  • Oversee end-to-end account management, including securing orders, coordinating sell-in and sell-through, and ensuring all administrative requirements and deadlines are met
  • Provide ongoing sales reporting and forecasting updates, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Lead full 360-degree account management, building strong relationships with buyers and owners, maintaining consistent communication, and serving as the primary point of contact for the UGG brand
  • Manage strategic customer engagement through regular outreach, account visits, and effective use of marketing tools to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Managers on business opportunities, provide ongoing updates on performance and sell-through, and complete additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain profitability by coordinating between corporate headquarters and customers to minimize returns, credits, and other costs to the business
  • Utilize marketing resources strategically, ensuring thoughtful and ROI-driven investment
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and customers to ensure timely payments that support the financial health of the brand, while managing expenses in line with budget expectations
