Requirements
- 2+ years of sales success.
- Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check.
- If the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales goals by developing and delivering innovative sponsorship packages that create win-win outcomes.
- Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the power of sports sponsorships and integrated marketing.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from crafting engaging presentations to negotiating contracts and delivering comprehensive end-of-year reviews.
- Cultivate and expand your client portfolio, driving renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, partners, and athletic departments to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Remain at the forefront of sports sponsorship trends and adapt swiftly to industry shifts and emerging opportunities.
