About The Position

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking an Account Coordinator to support its Sales and Customer Service division in the South Central region. The role focuses on providing excellent service to internal and external customers and supporting regional customer service activities. The position is located in Lakewood, Colorado, and may require regional travel up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• An associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Strong writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools.
• Experience in a technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care to internal and external customers.
• Support regional customer activities, including accurate order and quote entry, RMAs, pricing and contract negotiations, and creating and maintaining customer-specific specifications.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives about deliverables and customer service issues, with some work direction from a supervisor and peers.
• Complete and pass required Customer Service Representative process certifications provided by SEL.
• Use judgment, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assist with customer feedback tracking and work to improve customer satisfaction.
• Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative and office support as needed.
