About the position
As an Account Based Marketing Manager at Gong, you will be responsible for up-leveling the upmarket and ABM programs and driving the Enterprise pipeline. You will own the strategy, execution, and results of various programs, including 1:1 Enterprise ABM and campaigns that support upmarket pipeline. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise sales team to select target accounts and develop tailored marketing plans to nurture those accounts. With your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities, you will play a key role in maximizing Gong's footprint and building the brand upmarket.
Responsibilities
- Own the number for your territory alongside your sales partners
- Serve as the point of contact for the Enterprise segment, developing a strong cross-functional partnership from the VP-level to the rep-level
- Own strategy, execution, and the results of your programs, including 1:1 Enterprise ABM, Enterprise pipeline, and various campaigns and programs that support upmarket pipeline. This is an important and high-visibility role!
- Partner closely with the Enterprise sales team to select the right target accounts, and then develop & launch programs to win those top logos
- Own 1:1 ABM for Enterprise and work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Account Teams (AE, SDR, CSM, etc) to build customized marketing plans and objectives for top accounts and craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs that nurture those accounts from prospecting to close to expansion
- Partner internally within the marketing team and broader org with events, customer marketing, EBX, partnerships, and more to drive engagement within your top accounts
- You’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of projects that support upmarket pipeline, ranging from events, digital campaigns, direct mail, and more
- Measure and report on your programs with actionable insights

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Demand Gen (5+ years in ABM/Enterprise marketing)
- A relationships-first mentality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
