About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring an ABA Behavioral Technician to provide in-home ABA services in Chester, Virginia. This position is scheduled for 25 hours per week, with a proposed daytime schedule Monday through Wednesday, approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Scheduling is flexible, and days and hours may be adjusted as long as 25 hours per week are fulfilled. The technician will provide individualized services in the client’s home and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role supports the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in ABA therapy.
- Experience working with children.
- Comfort working in a home with a large dog.
- Reliability, patience, and compassion.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
