About The Position
A female ABA Behavioral Technician is sought to provide in-home ABA services to a 12-year-old boy in Chesterfield, Virginia. The position is 25 hours per week, with a proposed Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Days and hours may be adjusted flexibly as long as 25 hours per week are fulfilled. The technician will work under BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in ABA therapy required.
- Experience working with children required.
- Must be comfortable working in a home with a dog.
- Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home.
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals.
