About The Position

Autism Spectrum Connection (ASC) is a provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum in the Inland Empire and Orange County. The Behavior Technician provides one-on-one therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans to help children build essential skills, promote independence, and reach milestones in home, school, and community settings. The role includes in-person services and collaboration with families and team members. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills.
Ability to follow Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) with sound judgment.

ABA experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-person behavior intervention services in home, school, and community environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs) developed by a BCBA.
Accurately collect and record behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment plans.
Encourage safe and socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective, consistent support.
Educate parents on reinforcement techniques and early intervention strategies.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
