About The Position
Learning Ladders ABA is hiring an ABA Behavioral Technician to provide in-home ABA services in Cedar Bluff / Tazewell, Virginia, with possible school hours. The position offers up to 25 hours per week. The proposed schedule is Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the home, with possible additional hours at school on other weekdays. Days and hours can be adjusted, and flexible scheduling is available. The role seeks someone interested in a long-term commitment.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in ABA therapy required.
- Experience working with children required.
- Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
- Consistency and a long-term commitment are important.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home and school.
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals.
