About The Position
Hiring a female ABA Behavioral Technician to provide in-home ABA services to a 14-year-old boy in Chesterfield, Virginia. The role involves providing individualized services and implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision to support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals. The position is 25 hours per week, with a proposed Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Days and hours can be adjusted as long as 25 hours per week are fulfilled.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in ABA therapy required.
- Experience working with children required.
- Must be comfortable working in a home with a dog.
- Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home.
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals.
