About The Position
Provide 1-on-1, in-home behavioral therapy to a 16-year-old verbal male in Port Chester/Rye Brook, New York. The client functions at a moderate level and presents severe behaviors. The role calls for someone able to build structured rapport with a teenager and provide direct support in the home. The schedule is 15 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, starting at 3:30 PM. Spanish speakers are wanted to support communication and relationship-building with the family.
Requirements
- Clinical stamina, energy, and a calm mindset to work with a teenager who presents severe behaviors.
- Ability to build strong, structured rapport with teens.
