About The Position

The 2nd Shift Supervisor at Stanley Access Technologies in Greenfield, Indiana, provides leadership and guidance to a team of 40–50 team members. The supervisor has authority over personnel decisions, including hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. The role requires critical thinking, meeting deadlines, and leading a dynamic team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and people.
• Analytical mindset.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not intended.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer organizational functions or processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
• Track processes and prepare management reports detailing the quality of departmental actions.
• Assign staff to tasks based on availability or expertise.
• Monitor team or department efficiency and ensure output meets expectations.
• Lead and guide a team of 40–50 team members.
• Make personnel decisions involving hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
