About The Position

The 2nd Shift Supervisor at Stanley Access Technologies in Greenfield, Indiana, leads and guides a team of 40–50 employees. The role has authority over personnel decisions, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary action. The supervisor is expected to think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic manufacturing team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with Saturdays as needed. The position implements and administers organizational functions and processes, ensuring work is accurate, timely, and compliant with established policies and regulations. It also tracks processes and reports departmental quality or performance to management, assigns tasks based on staff availability or expertise, and monitors team efficiency and output. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Allegion does not intend to sponsor employment visas for this position.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Proven track record of leading teams and people.
Analytical mindset.
Working knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
Legally authorized to be employed in the United States; visa sponsorship is not intended for this position.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree.
Experience in a manufacturing setting.
