About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in and around Central Pennsylvania, including Rebersburg and Lock Haven. DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as companions and mentors for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, supporting them in reaching their full potential. Requirements

• One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including dressing, grooming, and basic hygiene.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time with clients doing their favorite hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
