1:1 Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses with a passion for home care to provide compassionate, high-quality, reliable care to clients and their families. This private-duty nursing role provides hands-on, one-to-one care for a single client and offers opportunities to build relationships and observe clients’ milestones. Pediatric opportunities are available for clients age 21 and younger. Shifts are available in morning or overnight schedules, typically in 8- or 10-hour blocks, with PRN, part-time, and full-time options. Scheduling is flexible based on availability, and there are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. The position offers weekly pay and benefits that vary by employment type.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, one-to-one private-duty nursing care to a client.
- Build relationships with clients and observe their milestones.
- Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
