About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team through the Columbia Skilled Office. The position provides compassionate, high-quality home care to clients and their families, with one-to-one care in a client’s home. Nurses are matched with one client near them and may choose a schedule that fits their needs. The office provides onboarding and training beginning on the first day, including paid virtual and hands-on orientation, and holds nurse appreciation events throughout the year.

The role involves carrying out and documenting doctors’ orders, assessing and monitoring clients’ conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling across days, afternoons, evenings, and nights, and benefits that vary according to employment type. The stated pay range is $26–$28 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, matched with the client.
