About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with scheduling options that may include days, afternoons, evenings, or nights. BAYADA offers onboarding and training, including paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, and ongoing support from office staff. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose and are matched with.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
