About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Wilkesboro and surrounding communities in North Carolina. Nurses deliver care to clients of all ages and acuity levels, with 24/7 clinical support, personalized paid training, mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Scheduling is flexible, with daytime and overnight shifts available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour lengths. There is no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are offered; PRN requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month. The listed pay is $27–$32 per hour, depending on commitment and shift.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to home-care clients.
- Deliver care to clients of different ages and acuity levels.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
- Participate in training and ongoing skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels.
