About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with scheduling flexibility across days, afternoons, evenings, and nights. BAYADA provides paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing learning opportunities. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a mutually selected schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
