1:1 Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Nursing team at the Meadville office. The role provides one-to-one private-duty care in a client’s home, serving clients of all ages and with varied diagnoses and acuity levels. Nurses receive paid virtual and hands-on orientation and additional paid training to help them feel comfortable and competent on their first shift. Scheduling is flexible, with morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are offered, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
