1:1 Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses with a passion for home care to provide compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to clients and their families. This private-duty role provides one-to-one, hands-on care for a single client, with opportunities to build relationships and support clients as they reach milestones. Pediatric opportunities are available for clients aged 21 and younger. Shifts are available in morning or overnight schedules, typically in 8- or 10-hour blocks. Nurses may work PRN, part-time, or full-time, with scheduling based on availability. There are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. BAYADA describes its private-duty nursing work as traditional shifts rather than home health visits and notes that commute times are generally 30 minutes or less from home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
