About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an LPN to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The role offers shift-based care, flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, and case assignments near the nurse to help reduce commute times. Shifts may be morning, evening, or overnight and can be 8, 10, or 12 hours. PRN, part-time, and full-time options are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. An additional bonus opportunity is offered for nurses available for Thursday–Sunday nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) or Monday–Sunday daytime shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m.): $500 after 90 days, followed by quarterly payments, up to $1,500 total. The offer is valid through May 2027.

BAYADA provides paid training from the first day in the office, in clients’ homes, and online, along with practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical phone support. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
