About The Position

Requirements

• Able to stand for a full 10-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a trade school is preferred

Responsibilities

• Weld & fit trailer steel frames and components while meeting quality and time standards set by your supervisor.
• Apply Standard Work, 5S, and other Lean manufacturing methods to support consistent, efficient production.
• Collaborate with the team to reduce production times and eliminate defective products.
• Uphold Belmont Quality Standards and check your work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Follow safety guidelines and stay alert to your processes and surroundings.

Benefits

• $22-$30/hour – depending on experience
