Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• Must be able to reliably commute to Blaine, WA
• Answer pre-screening questions honestly

Nice To Haves

• Experience using power tools
• Forklift or warehouse experience
• Interest in long-term career development in manufacturing or welding

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders and fabricators with materials and prep work
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Learn basic welding and metal fabrication techniques on the job
• Perform quality checks and operate power/hand tools
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Complete tasks with urgency and professionalism
