Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse the Unit Secretary coordinates selected patient activities between the nursing unit and other internal departments, maintains and organizes patient medical records and nursing unit activity files, transcribes medical orders and orders and maintains equipment and supplies.
