The Arc Erie County NY is a leading nonprofit supporting people with developmental & intellectual disabilities across Western New York, through innovative residential, educational, clinical and employment services. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule, offering meaningful work in a rewarding classroom environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Support teachers with classroom activities and student learning
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Assist students throughout the school day as needed
