About The Position

T2 has partnered with a well-established and busy General Contractor with projects in Phoenix, AZ. The Foreman is a technically oriented leader with a background in electrical construction and coordination of materials, equipment, and human resources. This role involves running a crew or project up to 15,000 man-hours per year, supervising 5–10 employees, and maintaining 80%+ crew productivity. Key responsibilities include supervising craft personnel, monitoring productivity, coordinating layout and installations with other trades, managing material purchases, and ensuring safety on site. The Foreman is also responsible for creating accurate 3-week schedules, understanding cost codes, differentiating contract vs. change order work, and developing team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of foreman experience
  • Minimum six months at Foreman Level I or one completed project
  • 4+ years electrical construction experience
  • 1 year at JW level
  • Completes 24 hours of continuing education annually
  • Knowledge of NEC required
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • NFPA 70E Qualified
  • Defensive Driving
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Competent Person Trained

Responsibilities

  • Submits accurate time tickets
