We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays and related needs in areas such as speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current North Carolina license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Bilingual
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for pediatric, family-centered care
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license
  • Successful completion of NC/national background checks
  • Successful completion of reference checks

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of experience preferred, but not required
  • Early Childhood Intervention experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients within a multidisciplinary clinic setting
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide speech-language therapy across communication, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive domains
  • Develop home programs and provide parent education and coaching
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA providers, Psychologists, and parents/caregivers
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary planning and coordinated care
  • Opportunities may be available to supervise up to 2 SLP-As, with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction
