About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Albany, OR area. This is an in-person, full-time position that may require traveling between school sites. The company is a woman and therapist-run organization focused on supporting clinicians in doing their best work.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
