Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is required
- Strong understanding of service lane operations, maintenance schedules, and repair recommendations
- Proven ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team-first attitude with a positive, professional presence
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dealership systems and repair order processes is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Build repair orders with attention to detail and strong communication
- Provide maintenance and repair recommendations with honesty and confidence
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities
- Help maintain strong CSI and long-term customer retention
- Keep appointments, write-ups, and repair orders moving with urgency and accuracy
- Deliver a professional, organized, and high-energy service experience every day
Benefits
- Competitive compensation plan $17HR plus bonus and commission ranging from $3000-$8000 month. Total pay range from $3000-$12,000 a month
