Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information in line with site policies, and report discrepancies through established procedures.
  • Support day-to-day operations by observing for facility issues, following post orders, and completing assigned reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activity.
