About The Position
IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across Glendora, Ca. We are seeking Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.
Requirements
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication and Professionalism
- Ability to stand/walk for extended period
Nice To Haves
- Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
- Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
- Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
- Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
- Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
