About The Position
Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and take the next step in your career. If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, this could be the leadership opportunity you’ve been looking for. Whether you’re ready to grow into management or want more responsibility while staying behind the chair, we’re excited to meet you. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who knows how to curate a positive atmosphere and lead a busy salon floor with total confidence! This is your chance to step into a fresh opportunity with a starting pay of $22–$25 per hour, plus the added bonus of top-tier earning potential reaching $40–$45 per hour when you factor in tips and performance incentives. We back our leaders up with more than just a paycheck; you’ll get access to medical, dental, 401(k) plans, and up to five paid holidays. Paid training and a weekly paycheck! Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
