Whether you’re ready to grow into management or want more responsibility while staying behind the chair, we’re excited to meet you. Freshly remodeled and clients are pouring in! We're looking for an experienced, ambitious Assistant Manager who enjoys leading a team and thrives in a busy collaborative environment. Earn up to $50/hour, plus commissions and bonuses. You’ll also receive Paid Time Off, along with health, dental, and vision benefits. We provide free tools and ongoing education, including advanced cutting training from top industry professionals. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills
- A positive, motivating attitude

- Flexibility
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

- Management experience (though not always required, an interest in leadership is important)
