Position Overview Reporting to the Home Care Director/Manager, the Registered Nurse provides age-appropriate nursing care to patients in their homes using standard nursing best practices, including: Assessment Planning Intervention Implementation Evaluation The RN practices within the scope of practice defined by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing and works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team. The RN is also responsible for supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) assigned to patients, in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
