About The Position

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, offering a multitude of care options in over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices. This provides opportunities for staff to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, working under the direction of an RN, Mid-level Provider, or Physician and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational/Technical Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Successful completion of competency based orientation program
  • LIC-License Practical Nursing (LPN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
