In this community nursing role, as a General Visiting Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. The following vacancies are available: - Morning shift, 8am to 4pm, on weekdays and alternating weekends. (Temporary 1-year Maternity Leave contract) - Evening shift, 2pm to 10pm, on weekdays & alternating weekends.
