About The Position

The Nursing Scheduler is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role involves creating staffing schedules that guarantee the provision of quality nursing care, coordinating with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing, and advising on staffing needs while ensuring compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines. The position requires strong interpersonal communication skills to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana RN, LPN or QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
