About The Position
We are seeking a full time Rigger Technician to join our team in Delta, BC. As a Rigger Technician, you’ll help create and prepare critical rigging solutions used by industries across Canada. Every day will give you the chance to learn, improve your skills, and grow your career with a company that puts safety, quality, and people first.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Hold a valid Driver’s License Class 5
- Be available for overtime when needed to meet customer requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Operator Safety Training an asset
- Experience in rigging, fabrication, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or other physical work environments
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, swage, and splice, and test high-strength wire rope assemblies.
- Operate mechanical presses, cut-off saws, and load-testing equipment.
- Read job specs to fabricate custom slings and rigging hardware.
